an afternoon

This afternoon,I need to pay some bills at office so joice tagged along with me and my mom :) karena di office nya ada playgorund indoor for kids!

While waiting for the long queue, joice played inside...

I met some mommies too,mungkin karena liburan,anak-anak juga diajak..daripada di rumah. Di dalam ruangan,ada 2 tv video game yang cukup canggih and playground yang manjat-manjat,a playmat, and tables with puzzles on it. Beberapa mommies datang bukan untuk paying bills,tapi hanya ajak anaknya main...:) anyway, I like observing people and see what they do (kepoooo ha ha). Ada 1 mommy,anak yang pertama about 10 yrs old, anak ke 2,girl lagi ,about 7, dan 1 lagi baby about 8 months old with mbak yang gendong lagi bobo. Mama lagi sibuk ngobrol dgn mama lain di depan.anak2 semua di dalam ruangan...ahhhh I just wondering,if I were her, mau ga yah,punya anak lagi,kalau joice udah kelas 5sd! Wahahahaha mengulang masa baby kembali...I don't think sooo...another mom,anaknya dua,yang 1 abour 6,girl,yang satu seumur joice,boy. Wkt kita masuk,dia memandang kita dgn tatapan judes..wow wow...! Kita baru aja sampe...so,we just ignore her too. Satu lg,anaknya girl sekitar 1 thn 2 bln. Belum lancar jalan,mamanya is sooo sweeett and sabarrrr banget. Speaking english to her daughter,jelasin hal satu2 dgn sabar,dan lemah lembut...ah so not me hihihihihih I just speak with normal tone to joice,and sometimes even lebih strict lagi he he he... (Joice gitu loh,lari sana sini hehehehe)

And last one, one boy baru 6 thn,but he's very tall,udah kaya 8 thn. He doesn't want to share toys with these little toddlers, padahal itu main masak-masakan! Goodness. Mamanya cuma duduk di luar,dgn tatapan cukup sadis. It turned out, dia ngaku klo dia the only child.pantas...no sharing at all...

Joice herself,juga kadang sulit utk berbagi. Mungkin masih umurnya,and mungkin belum ada konsep teman,jadi mainan bagi dia,ya milik dia...so many kinds on mom that produce so many kinds of children. I don't know how people look at me too. But I try my best to be better mom for joice and others. To community. Gimanapun,kita hidup perlu socialize dan teman-teman seumuran,so kita juga perlu membina hubungan baik toh...this make me thinking: what kind of person/mom am I?? Yang annoying,yang lembut,yang sopan,or yang ga disukai?? ‎​♓έ♓έ♓έ.... Whatever I am,yang penting kita juga harus terus koreksi diri kalau salah,minta Tuhan utk membantu mengubah karakter sulit kita dan berbaur dgn banyak orang...

Kebanyakan apa yang kita kerjakan,itulah yang dicopy oleh anak kita. Jadi pepatah like mother like daughter itu mungkin cocok... He he...apa yang kita kerjakan,akan jadi teladan buat anak-anak. Banyak sekali peran mama dan berbagai jenis mama yang menjalani perannya, dalam peran itu,sungguh butuh kebijaksanaan dari Tuhan,tanpa itu,kita jadi kehilangan arah dan bingung harus bereaksi apa...

Achievements at 19th month

heavy and heavier....

I feel heavy and even heavier in these past few days... I walk slower and lazy to bend on my kness to reach something, nevertheless I stiLl eat a lot! He he

I need more time to stand up and after I stand up,I don't want to sit down so soon, I prefer sitting on a nice coach to sitting on floor like usual when I play with joice...

I feel guilty when I can't run around with joice, she loves kicking balls then catch it again,but I can't do this kind of activity with her anymore...
I like sitting with her and reading her some books...doing something in slow things..no need much movements :) she enjoys it too somehow...

We read books together and these two days she can memorize the shape of star,circle,square,and triangle. Its all in mandarin. I'm thinking to give her one language in each concept. I believe she can speak indonesian and english very soon after she starts school years. So I keep speaking mandarin as mother language as long as she's still with me all time.

Now, her vocabulary has increased too. She can speak 'cou cou' means jalan-jalan, hehehehe but mama really lazy to do cou cou lately .... But I still try to bring her outside for fresh air every afternoon,like around 5 pm,after her shower,we would go out,this time I let her ride on her bike so I just pushing her around. Its much more easy for me and my heavy body :) beacuse when she walks,she doesn't want to walk, she wants to run! Hahahaha

I really enjoy these last moments with her as much as I can...this week will be another more week...and when the time flies...soon I'm going to give birth too, our time will be three of us,not two of us anymore...we'll be spending time together as three late,me,joice,and baby boy...meanwhile,I just want to cherish and enjoy every precious moment with joice...

Gosh...I still can't believe it will be around a month or 1,5 months more to labour time.....

seaworld ...

Last Friday adalah hari terakhir sebelum seluruh sekolah di jkt libur...so its also the last day of normal price for seaworld entrance fee ha ha! I have been thinking about going there...of course ajak joice....

My last trip to seaworld when it was the first opening,and when I was still on secondary school,had bad memory because its too crowded and I almost got stucked inside...(Hampir keinjak org dewasa hiiiii),for Calvin,it been longggg years ago hehehehehe when he's still little,his mom brought him and all siblings to ancol,there wasn't any seworld back on those times :)

This time we went with A ma. Joice woke up from nap at 1.30 pm then papa came with A ma from office to pick us up at home. Joice had lunch on car. No traffic at all except around ancol...

Inside,joice enjoyed the fish feeding by the divers and she loved crocodile. Buaya putih. The place was small. Tapi waktu kita kecil,seaworld terlihat gedeeeeee bgt hehehehehe now we are soooo old and big,tempatnya jadi kecil...but for joice,its BIG!

She never really see so many fishes like in there....buanyakkkk and variatif. Joice also tried to touch turtles in the pool,tapi sebenarnya dia lebih suka main air nya ha ha!

After 1,5 hours inside, papa was hungry and mama wanted some snacks, we ate popeyes then went out to mercure hotel. Just looked around and joice played in the playground...time passed so fast,its already 6 and we're tired,its time to go home...joice langsung bobo setelah susu di mobil :)

Nice trip though....the next time we go,it will be when little baby has grown up just like joice he he..or else baby could not enjoy the show too...

angel is sleeping...

Lately,apa mungkin hormon selama hamil or lagi 'mellow' aja, I love looking at joice's face when she asleeps...rasanya damaiiii bgt...kalau lagi bangun,joice is soooo active, she likes to run everywhere she goes :) but when she's tired...nah...she's like angel is sleeping hihihihih so peaceful,quiet, lucu...ah...I feel so blessed whenever I see her sleeping or playing..

I can't imagine when its time to let her go to school :( but eventually it will be happened soon...hiks hiksss

My angel, when you are sleeping, mama feels so blessed to reflect on how great God's blessings to mama and papa..and also tp everyone around you...who lovessss you soooo much!

fish feeding

Joice lovessss many animals, but her favorite animal is fish! I show her picture of animals and ask which one that she really likes, she pointed to fish ha ha ha

so we went to central park mall (kung and pho's fave mall btw hehehe) and I bought large pack of fish pallet (only rp. 5,0000) then we went to the outdoor park. Joice sat there and we fed the fishes....the fishes were many and big, such kind of koi fish.

so at weekend, if we have no plan, then we would just go there and spent time with fish he he....usually after we tired then we would just sit and sip for drinks and dough nuts at nearby j.co...ahhhh what a life..hihihihih

bicycle...dring..dring...!!

Joice ga pernah suka sepeda, she likes car actually ha ha ha (like a boy!) Dia suka mobil yang bisa jalan kalau di charge or mobil yang dijalanin manual pakai kaki...ga pernah sepeda...sepeda cuma sebentar trus minta turun...but yesterday, we were bored at home, so I took her to nicole's house at morning (our neighbor who also same age with joice). Nic juga lagi pilek, so kita cuma ngobrol sebentar, the joice saw nic's bicycle. Dia ngotot mau naik,it was 9 am and the sun was hot already. Karena dia ngotot, of course my dear friend let us to borrow it. Kita naik sepeda pulang. I pushed her from back...

Arrived home, I parked the bicycle on front of house, we didn't see it untill before dinner. Last night was raining hard, I peeked from the door and joice too...she saw the bicycle so I asked my maid to put it in,and she really enjoyed the ride!! Hehehehehe till I served her dinner. Perjanjian: setelah mamam,baru boleh maen lagi. She agreed! Fiuhhh..after eating,bener2 dia langsung mau naik sepeda..even waved goodbye hohohohoh....so maybe we'll look or borrow a bicycle from my cousin..I don't think joice really loves it, she was just bored yesterday, actually I plan to get her bigger bicycle after she's three, but we see, she can't wait any longer ha ha....papa wasn't around,so these pics are for you to enjoy...!

seruni and safari

Hm..this is a late posting :)

We went to taman safari about 2 months ago...got wondeful experiences and pictures, and I just want to write and share our sweet memory he he

It was on long weekend too, so everybody had holiday,but the hotel was fully booked, fortunately, my husband could go one day earlier, a day before holiday, so the seruni hotel was empty on a day before holiday, of course! Everybody was still working he he...

We went to safari with my parents (I even asked my dad to have a day off too from work! Hahaha) ,my auntie, and three of us. Later in the evening, my uncle's family would come too after my cousin was back from school...so we went at morning, there was no traffic at puncak,we reached early and had lunch at gumati, the food wasn't really good...but we were all starving, it was a wrong choice though *sigh

After lunch,its already 2 pm,joice wasn't really active because she's started to feel sleepy, we decided to go to safari next morning. So to spend good time, we went to cimory, shopping and joice was playing at playground, just for awhile,after that it was raining....we drank yoghurt and back to car. Joice aslept after that....

Now its my husband and I to go shopping hehehehe, we went up till brasco factory outlet, searched for good and cheap clothes. While joice was napping on car with my mom, I found several nice dresses and t shirt for joice. Found some too for my mom, and my husband found some shirts and trousers too...the quality was good and the price was very reasonable. We were alllll happy ha ha!

Next, we went down and checked in to hotel. By the time we reached hotel, joice had awaked....unpacked things and food, we all took shower and 'leha leha' dooonggg :)

We planned to have celup celup shabu shabu that night, so my aunt prepared everything. She's a good cooker....great job, ii hehehehehehe not long after that, my uncle's family arrived. Chit chat then we started to have dinner. The food was nyammmmmm , everybody brought one kind of food. So it was too many and everybody was too full in the end ha ha! (Rakusss siiihhh...) Then they all went for a walk,while three of us just stayed at hotel. The weather was really fresh and nice! Joice was changed into pyjamas and we were ready to put her to sleep,its already 10 pm anyway...

My family hadn't back yet and joice was aslept, when they have back, we were surprised to see the things on table in our balcony. Since we had dinner at the balcony and the left over was still there for maybe those who still wanted to have late supper :), the smell was strong that its invited cats to come and jump to the table, some of the ketchups were all spilled and ..... The cats were eating our pempek...wohohoho what a cats party! It must be so nyammm for them...so we just threw it away and saved some food which were still clean. We spent few hours chatted at balcony..it has been long time since we met and gathered like this...ahhh..so many things to tell and catch up. Joice slept peacefully untill morning hehehehe

Anyway, the seruni hotel was a nice hotel with big and clean rooms. We booked family rooms, so it consists of two suite bedrooms and one living room. It was big! We splitted and used all three rooms, we brought some matresses too for all boys. Every room is facilitated with tv too. But its so hard to get the room on holiday or long weekend. You need to book like a month ahead. We didn't get it so the next day, we checked out.

Next morning,my uncle's family and my auntie went all to bandung,and my parents and us went to safari! Joice was soooo excited (including me hehehehe). We enjoyed the ride on car when we could see the animals from short distance and even fed them...joice was so excited the whole time and she didn't want to sit still, she moved from left to right and vice versa to see animals closely...

After the car ride, we had lunch, since its holiday,so safari was quite crowded. After lunch, we saw some shows but joice didn't really like it...she was afraid of the sudden attraction from animals and the voice of mc was so loud! So at the end,we didn't see any show since she could not enjoy it. But we went around and saw some more animals like penguins...after few hours, we were getting tired, its time to go home, back to jakarta. Joice slept all the way back to home....didn't even awake..too tired he he he...

It was such a nice trip...we were thinking that next time would be seaworld...time to see fishes and other sea creatures... ☺kªªªÿ.. Papa..?!?!? Hehehehehe
