wisata bogor kampung air

we had a day off on that week. so where we supposed to go..moses was still too little to go far from home hahaha, except malls. so we went to bogor...

there was a new place called kampung air. i thought it was a playground only...but of course its not complete without a restaurant. so there were some playground for kids and also restaurants surround it.

joice was screaming to see the balloon castle, i bought the ticket and just the time we went in, it was raining. we had to step down and took shade under a big umbrella. meanwhile moses enjoyed his favorite biscuit. he he he.....i admit that he is not a fussy baby apparently, he enjoys time whenever he goes.

after the rain, we rent a becak..yeeyy we had new becak driver... i think if the real becak driver has physically body like this, noone would believe. he is too happy to be abang becak and too prosper hahahahaha he is our beloved papa...becoming a becak driver. thank God the becak was strong enough for all of them. i was kind of surprised actually that the person who rented it did not even complain. he was happy to take us a picture ha ha!

rain came again after that so its time for us to go back jakarta, because we were scheduled to have family gathering afterward....byeee becaaaakkk

Joice's Second Birthday!!!!

yeeyyy it was someone's special birthday!!! this post is really late because i need to wait for the pictures uploaded in my laptop.

anyway...4 November 2010

that day we celebrated with Joice's friends at her previous school...in toddler class. there were only 5 of her friends. she was still so shy to blend with them and teachers. but we decided to celebrate it there on that day so she can have friends to laugh and cheer together. Moses didn't come, he was too little for this kind of thing, and somehow he was too cranky to join in things like this. so it was only three of us.

And another celebrations were postponed it Sunday.
so first thing in the morning, Joice will celebrate it with her sunday school friends and teachers. we did not prepare any special cakes, basically Joice and us would stand in front of the class and all friends and teachers would sing and pray, after that we just distributed the goody bags.

after joice and moses had some naps in the car. we went to sizzler taman anggrek to celebrate with my family. kung2, pho2, and uncle thomas had prepared cheesecake which joice loveddd so much. she was so happy and wanted to blow her own candle ha ha ha..but we were all happy to eat our lunch and salad till drop!

it was a great day, joice...we all pray that as you add another year in your life, you will grow more in the knowledge of God and may God bless you dear...love youuuu xoxoxox muahhhh

field trip day

its a bright and sunny day on the field trip day, yesterday was raining so heavy, but thanks God that today is a great day for outing..

joice and her school have prepared this event for about a month ago. so she reallyyyy looks forward for this. she was sick two days before, for having cold. but today i just cant let her stay at home. plus we have paid for all the extra expenses. school charges rp. 125rb for every parent/nanny who come with the bus. and of course we should go by bus to make the trip fun right???

we reached ancol around 9 am and go straight to aneka satwa show. joice was reluctant to see the show actually, but i encourage her that nothing would be happen. its just otter, bear, hippo, and all other kind animals.

so we watched the whole show happily. i put joice to sit on my lap because she cant see clearly if she sits on her bench.

afterward, we were scheduled to see dolphin, however it wasn't ready or something so we were directed to watch 4D, which was a bad idea. some of the children were scared. the place was also not very clean i think. so again joice sat on my lap and halfway we went out. it was not fun and a bit scary for two years old child. outside, some children have been out way before we went out ha ha ha! so the next show should be dolphin. but i regretted the way they schedule the time, because the dolphin show has started and we were late. so we didn't get the seats anymore. joice also didn;t want to watch it anymore, since it was too crowded. so pity of all children. the main reason to go there is to see dolphins but now we cant even get in the arena.
fortunately, there was a small pool near there which they put two dolphins there to rest. so we were all climbing next to the fence and i let joice saw the dolphins as long as she wanted. she's quite happy though even we can just only see the dolphins were swimming, not doing any attractions or jumpings. they were calm and swam around the small pool.

yeahhh overall, joice enjoyed the milk which i bought from moo moo than the dolphin show*sighhhh...what a day!

we felt sooo tired and went home after that, we did not join the bus anymore because the way to our home is nearer than went back to school again..

so adios dolphins...we will go and watch for the real show some other time in the future....

dreaming of creating my own school

I always want to start a school...punya sekolah sendiri,bukan berarti utk memenuhi egoisme diri,atau pun kepuasan semata,tp kalo ditelusuri,berupa beban hidup dan keinginan utk membentuk suatu tempat di mana anak2 bs bertumbuh,belajar,dan juga bersenang-senang..

Apa yah artinya belajar namun penuh dengan siksaan diri?? Hahahaha memacu diri sgt penting,pendidikan ketat,disiplin juga baik,tapi kalau penyampaian pelajaran dgn singkat,jelas,dan menyenangkan,tentu lebih baik lagi. Ada anak yg mungkin ga termotivasi belajar, ada yg sngt rajiiin sekali,dan ada pula yg di tengah2,itu banyak sekali....di tahap manapun anak,ia punya tugas utk menyelesaikan tahapannya dan kewajibannya juga utk 'belajar' sesuatu baik secara formal maupun non formal...eniwei,kepikiran buat school sendiri bukan ide lama or basi,tapi memang hasrat terpendam ha ha ha. Kesibukan mengurus 2 anak tanpa pengasuh,memendam hasrat ini lamaaaaa sekali, namun kalo kesenggol dikitttt aja,langsung sgala teori dan harapan bermunculan he he he...

Semua ini aku bawa dlm doa di hadapan Tuhan yang maha tau,rencana ini hny rencanaku Tuhan tp kehendakMU lah yg terbaik dan terlaksana...maybe one day,dreams will come true...nobody knows right?!? :)

moses has started to eat solid

So finally he is almost 6 months old,so I need to open my big book inside my brain,trying to remember all the menus,how to make puree and what dos and donts to prevent any allergy...so here is moses on his first day of eating...so convincing ha ha

what has happened...??

So many things happen in these two months....

First, moses grows up so quickly, he gained more and more kilos....

Second, preparation for joice's second birthday :)

Third, I haven't loose weight*sight.....

I'm so blessed with all those beautiful moments...

Joice has learned to speak and she chose mandarin as her first language,she speaks mandarin fluently...oh boy,her teachers and friends don't even understand what she's talking about...on the other hand, my goal is a success...she can master mandarin more than indonesian...

Anddddd... We decided to put joice in toddler class....

papa's birthday

On papa's birthday, everybody was still awake when he got home. So we all had chance to sing, cut cake and take a picture together :)

No special celebration, its just a give thank of everything that God had guided him and us all...
